Digital Escape Room Clues

Try to do it without clues.
Hi there, I hope you are check this because you've been squeezing your brains for a long time.
These are some clues on how to solve the escape room, but they are not in order. You need to figure it out which clue to use in each lock.
The numbers corresponding to the correct pronoun for each sentence will give the combination.
The order is determined by the underlined letters in the words on the napkin.
The order is determined by the number of pieces of tape on each sticky note.
The directions that the hotdog is from the hamburger is the direction for the combination.
The order is how the sentences appear in the video.
The order is determined by the number word or ordinal number in each sentence (one, five, third, second, four- put in numerical order).
